Tour name: CITY TOUR

Catherine Paszkowska and Max from the US
Time: 9 am, 4th April 2018
This is a SPECIAL CITY TOUR because it COMBINED 2 TOURS IN 1 TOUR. I met David in his hotel and talked together after that we moved to Ben Thanh Market to picked up Catherine and Max.
During the tour
Fortunately, all of my guests are friendly and easy to share knowledge together. Especially, 2 guests in New York asked me many QUESTIONS ABOUT POLITICS IN VIETNAM. They also confused why we call Sai Son is Sai Gon but not call Sai Gon is Hanoi???
Even before we came to Independence Palace I told them LOOK IN 2 SIDES ABOUT VIETNAM WAR but they always told that communist was not good and killed all people who worked for the US at the time Vietnam independent. 🤭 In my city tour I always let the guests GUESS BEFORE I TALK but in this city tour, David guessed right many things such as Gothic Architecture, the ways the US used dioxide in Vietnam War… This tour not only made me grow up in my knowledge about politics it also taught me how to mix 2 tours in 1 tour in right way and how to explain intelligent about politics for people who just look in 1 side about war.
🔥 This is my answer to the First question: Hanoi is the name of the old things, that name make us remember about our traditional, the way we saved and maintained the ancient things. “Saigon” make you imagine about dynamic, crowded, modern. It also a name we used when the US came here and make this city busier.
🔥 In the second big question, I just told them because I’m Vietnamese and I have to learn history directed by Vietnam governments and they come from the US they also study history by US governments. Both of the governments have their own reasons but we CAN look at 2 sides. I don’t know exactly what Vietnam governments did so I always look at the POSITIVE SIDE and don’t think bad about 2 governments. Love all. ❤
